Laboratori Chimici Stante srl undertakes to make every efforts to:

Ensure that all samples are analysed and the results are delivered to the Customer within the time limits set out in the Contract
Ensure that all samples are analysed according to best analytical practices with the instrumentation in the best performance conditions and by a team of competent professionals up-to-date on analytical techniques
Ensure that all personnel involved in the performance of each service covered by the activity of Laboratori Chimici Stante srl are adequately trained and work responsibly according to standard safe work procedures
Ensure that all sensitive data communicated in the commercial phase, relating to the Customer’s activities, will not be disclosed to third parties without the prior consent and written approval of the Customer. The information will be used by Laboratori Chimici Stante srl and its staff as strictly necessary to carry out the activities covered by the Contract
Ensure that no changes to the analytical methods and procedures indicated on the Contract will be changed after notifying the Customer and his/her approval
Laboratori Chimici Stante srl reserves the right to reject any type of sample that, according to their standard procedures, is not compliant in terms of temperature, nature, volume or other conditions that could compromise its analysis and representativeness.
