The primary objective of the Stante Chemical Laboratories is the full satisfaction of its customers. This is why we are constantly working to improve our already highly innovative and technological services.
Customer Service is one of the strengths of our laboratories. All the staff of the Stante Group is committed on a daily basis to:
- ensure that all samples are recorded, analysed and that the results are delivered on time;
- ensure that all samples are analysed using validated methods with performance levels that comply with the measurement objectives;
- ensure that all the details applicable to the service provided comply with the General Conditions of Supply, which can be downloaded below
The quality of the results is guaranteed through the following instruments:
- constant training and maintenance of the skills of technicians;
- performance of numerous routine checks (batch QC);
- participation in numerous ISO/IEC 17043 compliant interlaboratory circuits.
CHEMICAL LABORATORIES DEPARTMENTPROCEDURE FOR LODGING A COMPLAINT
- Any dispute will be handled by the Laboratory as required by its QMS only if it is formalized on the relevant Complaint form by the Customer, which can be downloaded from the Download section of this site.
- Complaints must be sent to the laboratory within 30 calendar days of identification by the Customer.
- Section 1 only. (Communication of the Complaint) of the complaint forms must be completed in full by the Customer, the form is the digitized and sent to the Laboratory by e-mail to:
- The Complaint is taken into account within 15 working days of receipt by the responsible personnel who assess its validity.
- The Laboratory then contacts the Customer to communicate how it intends to proceed with the management of the dispute.

- The Customer has no right to withhold sums due to the Stante Chemical Laboratories unless formally agreed otherwise with the Administrative Management of the laboratory.
